How do I book a trip with GoChhutti?
Send an enquiry with your destination, rough dates, party size and budget. A named trip designer replies within two hours between 9am and 9pm IST with two or three routes and the full cost in writing. You book by accepting one and paying the deposit — nothing is held until then.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
Bookings confirm on 25% of the total. The balance falls due in two instalments printed on your quotation, with the final one 7 days before departure.
Do you handle visas?
Yes, for most destinations, and where we do it is listed as included on the package card. We file the application and track it. The decision itself belongs to the issuing government.
Are flights included in the package price?
It depends on the package and it is always stated on the card. Some are land-only and say so; others include return airfare from a named city. We never leave it ambiguous.
What is usually not included?
Typically travel insurance, lunches, tips, optional excursions, and destination-specific charges such as national park fees in Thailand or union taxi charges in Kashmir. Every exclusion is printed on the card and on your quotation, with rupee amounts where we can estimate them.
Can I change my travel dates after booking?
You can move your dates once free of charge up to 21 days before departure, subject to availability and any airline fare difference. Later changes are quoted case by case.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund of the land package 30 or more days before departure, 50% between 30 and 15 days, and no refund inside 15 days. The air component follows the airline's own fare rules, which we show you before you pay.
Do you arrange trips for large groups and families?
Yes. The enquiry form takes up to 10 adults and 10 children, and we run group departures and corporate trips beyond that. Tell us the group size and we will price it properly.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Under two hours during working hours in most cases. Complex multi-country routes can take longer, and we will tell you that up front rather than going quiet.
Do you offer EMI or instalments?
The standard payment schedule is already three instalments. No-cost EMI is available on most international packages through your card issuer — ask your designer when you receive the quote.
