What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, departure city, destination, travel month, party size, budget band and anything you write in the notes field. We also record which page and which form produced the enquiry.

Why we collect it

To prepare your quotation and to contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record from third-party data brokers.

Consent

We contact you only if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected], and we will stop immediately.

Who sees it

Your assigned trip designer, and the hotels, airlines and ground operators needed to deliver your specific trip. We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone else, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not convert are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for 8 years because Indian tax law requires it.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold on you. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to make the site work and to count visits in aggregate. No advertising cookies are set without your consent.
